Lasershow Software Crashes When Loading New Show Files

Hello

I am facing a recurring issue with my lasershow software where it crashes every time I attempt to load a new show file.

The error message suggests there may be file corruption involved. This issue is preventing me from creating / modifying shows effectively.
I have checked viewforum.php?f=15msbi Laser show software & programming guide but still need help .

I have tried reinstalling the software and checking for updates; but the problem still exist.
Has anyone else faced this problem; and what steps can I take to troubleshoot / recover my show files?

Any advice / solutions would be greatly appreciated.
