Naja. Die Galvos sind meine ersten selbstgebastelten. 
ausTo prevent problems, simply don't use Popelscan to create shows.
A simple yet sufficient tool one can use is Showtime LE, available here:

Basically, all you gotta do is
1. download
2. install
3. run the exe
4. Load mp3 using the "Datei->mp3 laden" menu. Works best with constant bit rate mp3s.
5. create a trace (waveform) using menu "Neuer Trace"
6. "ready for tracing - press start to trace". Mind it either samples from the mic or from the internal Stereo mix. You might try different volumes. Since it
samples in real time, don't disturb the program too much.
7. after finnishing save the trace ("Speichern"), best into the same folder as the mp3
8. close window ("Schließen")
9. Play sound by clicking the "Play" button or pressing the right mouse button at the desired position in the waveform window
10. Set markers where the mot files shoud play during playback:
i. while "PLAY"ing, press the space bar OR click on "Frame setzten" to place a marker
ii. set the cursor (red line) to the desired position in the window without playing the song and press the space bar OR click on "Frame setzten" to place a
marker
11. adjust marker using your mouse so it is synchronous to the music (use the right mous button to test if you got to the right position)
12. add MOTs to the marker:
drag and drop an existing mot file from the selection below into the trace window and drop it very closely to the name of the marker (i.g. "Nicht belegt" = not
set). The mouse cursor should change. You might have to switch the folder to get access to mot files.
13. save the mtm track using the menu "mtm speichern"
16. Make sure that from this point:
i. all the referenced mot files, mp3 file and mtm file are located in the same folder.
ii. all the markers have been set with mot files. To prevent popelscan vom sending annoying messages simply create a mot file named "Nicht belegt" (no
extension!) and drop it into the same folder. You may want to check the mtm file with a simple text editor for left over "Nicht belegt" markers or use the
Showtime function "Nicht belegte Marker <n>: Anzeigen" button.
14. load mtm into Popelscan using the "Load Motlist" button.
15. Load the mp3 file
16. Play back and enjoy

Links stehen doch nicht einfach mal so in der Gegend rum, da darf man schon mal draufklicken
Die Popelscan-Grob-Anleitung und Shows hättest Du bekommen, hätte ich eine Mail von Dir bekommen, um zu wissen, an wen ich es hätte schicken sollen...
