Forum User cleanup

Dear Freaks,

as you might have recognized, we are currently cleaning up our forum user database.

To avoid locking accounts of active or passive members (with only a few postings), we are collecting unlock requests until the end of the month.
After that we will lock all accounts with less than 5 postings in the last 6 month.
