A Christmas Present from Pangolin Laser Systems

Hello all,

I wanted to let you know that all of us at Pangolin have not forgotten you at Christmas time and we have a nice little Christmas Present for LD2000 users. It is a cool little laser-projected clock application called ShowClock. ShowClock actually goes beyond just projecting a clock though in the following ways:

* It allows you to choose analog or digital clock display
* It allows you to select the frames that you want to use for the analog clock background and hands
* It allows you to choose an LD2000 or True Type Font for digital clock displays
* It can show a "countdown" clock as well as standard clock types

But here are the really cool parts. There are a few modes that allow you to use this very effectively within Showtime. You can have the clock generating a frame in the background, and then use this frame in Showtime. Whenever you want to project the clock, just drag and drop it onto the timeline and there you have it -- a laser projected clock with the correct time. You can also use Showtime effects such as write-outs, color cycles, zooms, fades, rotations, etc. And there is even a mode that allows you to synchronize Showtime timeline to the clock for perfect timing of New Years shows.
