Je voudrais vous présenter un DPSS laser-kit, avec lequel n’importe qui peut construire sans difficulté et a la maison un laser vert modulable a 20/40 mW.

trés bien ton systeme. Le plus puissant que tu peut fabriquer fait combien de mw ? Les supports sont fabriqués par toi ?

The highest power I made with this system was 42 mW (after few hours of searching the best position), and my power meter has an infrared filter. The power stability was +-5%.
I designed the whole laser by myself; The mechanical parts were made in my friend’s workshop. I updated my photo album with blueprints of mechanical parts. For optical design I used program Zemax, but I also recommend OSLO-EDU (the free version of OSLO). http://www.lambdares.com/downloads/index.phtml

I believe I could send to France the whole kit under 100 Euro.
The whole kit contains:
-1 diode 250mW IR (@808nm)
-1 YVO-KTP Combi-Cyrstal (1.5x1x2.5mm) epoxy free
-3 lenses with AR coating (1 plastic biconvex, 1 glass plan-convex, 1 glass plan-concave)
-PCB+electronics components
-mechanical parts (3 elements)
-documentation (step-by-step guide; datasheets of diode and crystal)
Price: 70 Euro (+28 Euro shipment) =98 Euro

The price of the kit without mechanical parts and electronics is: 50+28=78 Euro.

maybe I'm wrong, but I cannot find any infrared filter in your kit..

do you plan on adding one?

Hi,
You are correct; the kit doesn’t contain any IR filter.
I do not intend to add IR filter to this small laser, because after 2m from the beam output the both IR (@808nm and @1064nm) is insignificant. I updated my photo album with some optical path simulation to demonstrate my opinion.
If you insist on using IR filter, there is free room for filter between the collimating lenses.
Tips: you can extract good quality IR filter from any web camera, it is a small square on top of the CCD chip .
