ALC-909 WHITELIGHT

Post by albatros » Fri 01 Dec, 2006 11:05 am

Hello everybody!

Maybe somebody here in the forum can help me out. I have an ALC- 909
ion laser but not Argon - it is Kr/Ar. I don't have any technical data regarding this laser. I have checked here in laser Freak, but there seems to be a couple of people having those type of lasers - but only Ar version.
I do not think this laser is refilled in whitelight - it has really HUUUGE gas
reservoir, which leads me to think that it was build as whitelight.
The question is; what power this unit have had new ( now 2,5W ), and some detailed technical document would be very welcome. I understand excellent
German - only my writing is a little bit crude, so just answer in German, it is no problem for me. Thanks

Hi,

the specification is nearly same as the argon ALC909.

It is no problem to use it with a Lexel88 OEM swichings power supply or the normal ALC power supply.

Thanks Stefan,

I know about electrical proprerties of this laser system, but have no clue what is the max. output power for this system - say at 20A.
