Hi,

Output-Discharge Ionized

- 70 to 110 Volts DC
- 3.5 to 12 Amps DC - Adjustable in Current Control Mode or
- 0 to 20 milliWatts - Adjustable in Light Control Mode (12 Amps internal limit)

So did you know, if it would supply more than 12 Amps?
Are there enought reserves?
For what kinde of Head? normal small air-cooled Argon Laser did not want such high Amps, if you want to keep it alive.

this laser run at 12Amp constant the level pot trim has not changed the power output ( power supply in current mode )

my laser head is ALC60X head ( whit laserdrive 150V trigger )

only problem is not level power adjut , only 12amp at 130V !!!!!!

Maybe theres a defect in the passbank of your supply. If there is one or more transistors defect, the current regulation won't work.
Maybe a driver transistor is defect, so the passbank could not decrease the current.

hmm yes , but

the pass bank is ok !

on the boot of power suplly , voltage in the tube up 0 to 150V slowy , and input passe bank are 300V DC rms!!

is the problem has my opinion in the controller part or perhaps upstream thing bizzard the detection part and the puissançe part is isolee with a optocoupler and has same optocoupler I have itself either 1.6V or 1.4V according to the position of the potentiometer? but I am not on nothing! it is so that I would like to have the diagram!

(sorry for my bad english !)

*heul*
