Hi,

on the Mainscreen of "Realtime" you find a little "Earthball" . Click on it and look at the Popup-Window. On the upper right Side you see the Outputs Red / Green / Blue / Intensity with event 2 Faders on their Bottom. The upper Fader is the Min Output Value, the lower one is the Max Output. Could it be that the Red Minimum isnt Zero ??

i have already done that, even if i set both faders to zero the laser don't go off.

the easylase board is only giving a off signal when a start the application.
after starting the first show it stay's on.

i have reinstalled the software 4 times even on other computers and the problem is the same on each computer.

So if you scan a Picture with the Easylase Testsoftware everything is ok?
If it is, Hardware seemed to be OK , if the Red Output would be damaged your Laser also will be on if no Software is started.
