[AutoTrace] Preview: ILDA output module

I have just finished a first working version of the "output_ild_writer".

This output module is based on the "output_plt_writer" and the
Frame/Sequence code from KLaserplay
(http://www.linux-laser.org/klaserplay/k ... p4?lang=en).

Sample output is available. Laserboy
(http://www.akrobiz.com/ezfb/laserboy_01.html) is used for showing the
.ild files.

This is not a release. Some work needs to be done first.
