You have to use "Upload attatchment":
Then use "Durchsuchen" to find the folder and the picture...
At last use "Add the file" Now you can use "Place inline" to put it within the text... Please look for a appropriate scaling of the pictures! (Don´t make them too big!)

For me the best size of pictures is about 800*600 pixel, i think many people have monitors with higher resolution than me so if the pictures are larger it wouldn't be bad.
