Pango QM 32 Probleme

Hallo Freunde ..

Hab mal glaub ich echt [zensiert] gebaut .

Hab an meiner Pango unter anderem einen Shutter Angeschlossen .
Ist der pin 22 Shutter am 25 pol. Anschluss mein ich .
Schaltet 5 Volt TTL raus wenn man Scannt .

Aber wie gesagt ,seit gestern nix mehr mit 5 Volt .
Hab etwas falsch Angeschlossen.

Ansonsten geht alles , auch die 16 TTL Ausgänge ,aber die sind ja am anderen Stecker.

Hat jemand ne Ahnung was auf dem Board kaputt gegangen sein könnte?

Oder was Repariert sowas wohl jemand von euch ??

Was kostet es wenn ich das Teil evtl. zu Pangolin Schicke ?

Man ,bin echt daneben deswegen ,hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen....

Hmmm,
Dich Dortmunder liest man nur bei Problemen oder Verkaufen..

Ohmmeter nehmen ,pin verfolgen auf welches ttl das geht , auswechseln.

Erstmal Gento , Danke für deine Anleitung ..

Melde mich halt nur so wenig weil , wenig Zeit,und wenn dann Bau ich meistens son Mist das was Richtiges kaputt ist..

Aber ich habe den Fehler,ist ein Auswechselbares IC auf der Karte wie du schon sagtest.

Hab ich schon bestellt,und dann sollte alles wieder klar sein.

Aber schönes Bild hast du , du bist recht hübsch geworden mein bester ..

Zu Thomas , Danke für dein Posting, hoffe danach ist wieder alles bestens.
Ist übrigens an den Ausgängen pin 22 für den Shutter.

Gut.

Ich meinte nur, wenn der Shutter keinen TTL-Eingang hat, könnte der Ausgang von der Pango überlastet werden.

Danke nochmal ...

Hab als Shutter einen STP8 mit dafür vorgesehenden TTL Eingang.

Hat auch immer bestens Funktioniert.

Wenn man natürlich einen Scanner falsch Anschliesst (war ein Versuchsscanner) , ist das nunmal so..

Blödheit wird bestraft ....


Aber hier im Board ist man ja immer bestens mit allen seinen Sorgen Aufgehoben ..

The problem with the QM32 is most likely the IC chip at location U301 which controls the TTL lines and also the SHUTTER line. On the newer QM32 boards, this IC is in a socket so we can send you a new part and you can merely replace it, but on the older boards, this is soldered to the board.

Pangolin will sell you a new IC chip for location U301 for $30 plus shipping. Since the shipping from U.S. to Europe will no doubt cost more than the part itself, we would recommend that you purchase multiple of these and that way you will have a spare.

Hallo William . . .

At first,thank you very much for your posting ..

I`ve got a Phonecall with a Factory called Medialas here in Germany . ..

He said it was an old problem,and it was allways the same IC on Board like you told me ..

I was Lucky ,cause its a new Board what i`ve got , and theres no Problem to Replace it .

Now i wait for the IC, and then I hope,Board was fully O.K.

If theres a problem to get the Chip here, I order it from you Directly ..


And by the way, it was Great to get Technical Support from you .., from Pangolin . . .
