Hi,

I am urgently looking for the manufacturer and/or distributor of the pump chamber needed for my medical 755 nm laser by Coherent/Lumenis.

The laser does not work despite a new flash lamp and a newly coated alexandrite. Although the pump chamber should in my opinion last lifelong, this one contains a curious white crumbly substance that appears to dissolve.
Does anyone know what this substance is ?
