Ces diodes ont une luminosité 2,5 fois supérieure aux diodes de graveurs DVD, donc l'investissement est à considérer comme un laser rouge de 400mW à 660nm.

do you only sell diodes? perhaps also some lenses and mounts?

we have the blue nichia on stock and only this red one. it is at the moment the best red laser diode by 640nm and divergency. we sell also lens and mounts. the price is normaly for this diode at 160.-€ per one pice. so it is a very good price.

when you have the time, could you list the lenses you sell?

I'm currently looking for aspherical lenses able to collimate a beam of approx. 25~30deg coming out of a fiber with a core dimension between 200µm and 300µm, for a wavelenght of 685nm and a power of 2W max, for an output beam diameter of approx. 3mm of diameter

I'm currently searching the correct design and any information would be welcome
