180 deg. scanning lens

Post by werner1619 » Wed 13 Feb, 2008 7:26 pm

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can assist, I am looking for a "fish-eye" lens. This lens is used to increase scanning angle to 180 deg.

Or is their something els available that can help me to achieve this?

Hi,

for 180°-projection, there is the DiscoScan Lens-Array from Pangolin
http://www.pangolin.com/wideangle/index.htm
You can put this in front of your scanner and it will wide the angle of scanning.
