Very cool! :freak: Thank you!
How about adding a lissajous-generator to your project? ;-)

Attached you find a LaserTennis Icon for Windows that I created. Use it if you want.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Thanks for the icon, not sure yet how to add it to the app. Can you explain this?

I can't wait to use this software in live sessions with a MIC-input instead of loading a MP3 file :-)
Give me the right tools and I move the world for you.

Mic input / line-in input will be a bit of a challenge, I just looked into how to achieve this with FMOD. It involves recording streams and playig t hem back immediately but that will cause signal lag and will make it more complex so I can't promise I'll do this any time soon - it all has to happen in hobby-time, you know ;)

Another board-member reported that the safety led on the Raytrack 35
driver is flashing all the time when using ZoofScope.

Safety-LED (green) or Overload-LED(red)?
If overload, slow down scanspeed or increase blanking interpolation :D

As stated in the about dialog, ZoofScope is experimental. Meaning that I haven't put much thought into interpolating etc. So the waveform is drawn without vertical interpolation which is OK for small projections but will overload at larger scan angles.
LaserTennis on the other hand was designed for 18k @ 8-10 degree projections on 30k/35k scanners. ZoofScope runs fine in that same range. If a larger scan angle is desired, scale only the horizontal axis but keep an eye on that red LED.

On Raytrack:
Red is bad!
Green, don't know, I'll check in the docs. It blinks on my Raytrack35 aswell but galvos never run hot.

Found it!
green LED on Raytrack safety means that the beam isn't moving fast enough. It's an (eye) exposure safety feature. My lasers' modulation inputs aren't connected through the optocouplers so it doesn't matter to me but let me know if it causes problems to you.

New version of LT

Post by zoof » Tue 11 Dec, 2007 10:26 pm

A new version of 'LT' is available. I emailed it to everyone who showed interest in the first version. If you didn't get it and still want it, send me a PM.

The new version has the known bugs fixed and includes a new skin with bigger bats for those who need to practice ;) Also support for two analog gamepads is included for better control and gameplay.

cheers,
Z.

ps. decix can you update your website? thanks!
