Hallo Maik

Bitte PN.

Danke

Hi Adam,

this laser is a diode-pumped ND: YAG with a small compressor cooling.

It is usually a stand alone system or an integrated assembly line system.

My experience with such old devices is that you cannot get spare parts, documents only with luck if you ask companies that repair them.

Or you wait a very long time until you get parts for it on Ebay or other platforms for good money.

Most manufacturers like NWL ( now Photon Energy ) or other manufacturers like this usually give you the answer: no support, obsolvent because it's too old.

I usually only see a chance to get the power supply that supplies the diodes controllable.

This is usually possible with a 0-10V signal and additional INHIBIT to switch off. You then control the frequency for the ND: YAG with the Q-Switch. Here you have to see whether you can use the existing Q-Switch with driver or whether you have to convert.

Or, if you don't want to convert anything, try to get another laser of this type, hoping it's complete.

Best Regards

Michael
