Hi

A good (ILDA)Editor that's what i'm waiting for.:D

I'm dreaming from an editor that I can use a little bit like Corel.

Selecting objects with the left Mouse Button.
Markers around the objects for resize X,Y or both.
Klicking an marked object again changes the markers for rotate and shear.

In most editors there is too much klicking.
Change tool, use tool.
That could work better.

I.m sad that color is lost when I export frames from Corel
and import them in my laserprogram

Normally I would say "I'm no programmer", but I'am one.
But only for finantial Softwae solutions and oracle databases.

Greetings
Norbert :)

Thanks for your suggestions. I agree with all of them. I already support sizing, offsetting, and rotating effects. I will add fading to the list.

A frame editor is planned but has not been started. I might have someone to help me do that so hopefully it will happen sooner than later.

Hey.. I've tested it with my Lumax DAC.

It shows me the Testframe.. not the Show.
(When I select the Lumax as the DAC it shows me the ILDA Testframe)

When I start the show I see only something on this little Screen in the programm. So there in the show is NO laseroutput!

If you like, I try it again! (when you fixed it)

Greetings Lukas

Yes, I always forget to turn off preview mode, too, and it is my software!

The user interface is going to be a lot better and fancier one of these days. I am purposely not doing anything with it until some more of the important features are implemented. The reason why is because I don't want to be constantly having to tweak the GUI as I make other changes.

But, since there have been a few comments about the preview mode and other related things I will try to add some buttons or something to make it more obvious.

Hello German speaking people! It has been several weeks since a Spaghetti update but last night I put out a new version that supports Morphing and also supports sound card DACs (like used with LaserBoy). I hope that you will check out my software and give me feedback. I hope to have more updates coming soon.

hey
nice work so far, but i have problems to get it work with my Lumax interface. It sais that the DLL used is too old for this firmware of the device. I bought it a month ago, maybe there have been some firmware updates, so the "old" dll you are using does not support it anymore.
The Lumax of dj_nobody surely is a bit older than mine so he doesn't have this problem.

Thanks for the info on the Lumax DLL. I don't actually have a Lumax DAC so I have no way of knowing these things unless someone tells me.

I just now replaced the Lumax DLL with the latest version and uploaded the new version of Spaghetti (1.4.2.1) to my website so give it a try. Hopefully the new DLL doesn't break anything.

I also added a new morph effect to night. Now there are two morph effect. One morph effect lets you select two frames from any two ILDA files (or even the same ILDA file) and it will morph between them. The new morph effect lets you specify a portion or an entire ILDA file and it will morph between each frame as it is played.

I have released some new versions of the Spaghetti software lately. Has anyone tried out the new features?

I've tested it with my Laserworld Open USB......

Post by laserpower2008 » Tue 03 Mar, 2009 7:19 pm

Hello people!! If the software with Laserworld Open USB and Lumax Driver has tested sometimes. The laser issue claps excellently, however, now and again I do not get some error messages the programme allow to fall. What I miss, the setting is for the size of the laser issue, or I have overlooked there what??

As said, Laserworld Open USB with Lumax driver claps excellently. To custom sometimes a new Lumax driver, mine is quite old where do I get this here? Goggle already tries, only Lumax driver him is old... Otherwise... really brilliantly the software!!

Sorry for my English...

Hi. Your english is better than my German. :) But still, I am not exactly sure what you are trying to say. Perhaps you can find someone on here that is willing to translate better. Or you can send me an email and we can try to work through it.

Follow up: The display size of the projected image can be sized and moved around by going to the Scanner Settings form and then resizing or moving the red square that is in the black box. The red square can be sized and moved like a window.

Hi. After March 2009, Spaghetti will no longer be free software. From then on I will charge a small price for the software. I will have an introductory price of $50 per license.

I intend to keep working on Spaghetti and to enhance it far beyond the current capabilities. I am also working on Wet Noodles for live control and that will be enhanced greatly in the future.

I would like to have a German version of my software available and if anyone is interested in helping me translate the software to German I will offer one or more free licenses for your help.

The new version of Spaghetti is now on my website. It is not free but I think the price is more than reasonable for what it is capable of and what I will be adding in the future. ($50/$70 One License/Two Licenses). Enjoy.
