Siemens Lgr 7801m Laser

Hi i found this laser in my warehouse, look very cool and old, and i have seen some pictures of it.
seems like its form the early 1980. anyone who can tell me a bit about it, im also looking to sell it but have no clue about its worth, any help would be appreciated. thank you.

we have the best girl of the Laserworld in this forum. It´s Diane

And Diane works and play with lasers a long time.
