Probleem dongle Not found

Hallo,

Ik heb Phoenix software 4.2 geïnstalleerd. Maar hij vind de dongle niet. Heb de nieuwste firmware er al opgezet, maar dit mocht niet helpen. Heb ik de verkeerde driver geinstalleerd? Het is wel de interface zonder Dmx aansluitingen de v1 dacht ik. Op Phoenix 3 werkte het wel. Wat zou dit kunnen zijn?

Do you already have Laser-Equipment?: Easylase, Netlase, Laser von 1..15W.

Hi,
there was a need to update the Dongle from Phoenix 3 to Phoenix 4. But because the Support is canceld by the new
owner your only way is to use V3.
