Well, you must have done something narsty to yours. I've got hundreds of other people all running theirs at 90mA and some higher without problems. I didn't get 400+ feedback selling crap ya know.

When you measure 120-130mW straight out of the diode at 90mA, what data can be corrected? As stated in the listing, "Output power will vary depending on the optics you use."

Don't forget about your 405nm needs.

I've had these powered for many days straight at 400mA without dying. You must have had some weaker diodes if they died at 300mA.
