Looking for info on really good old galvo scanner

Looking for help I acquired a confocal microscope for playing with that has a set of VM500+ 001 LIGHTNING VM500+5MM PN: RCR-10288 galvos in it that I am trying to trouble shoot it. Any help would be fantastic, it is connected to two boards 002-3006160 and one that has the markings of Y503-20-R E011106 told that it is a Cambridge 6210H scanner system. Zipped file showing boards and galvo attached-- looking forward to any helpI can get

... could be some size related issue -- then better use dropbox and post the download-link
