Hi everyone !

Just a question about the LPC-826 laser diode.

I'm wondering which manufacturer is building this diode.

No serious datasheets are available ... and Mitsubishi Electric seems not to have this diode registred ...

Is it a Chinese copy of an OEM existing laser diode ... or some test rejected component ?

It's a Mitsubishi. It's not an enduser product.it is used to be sold b2b.mitsubishi sold them to LG electronics where the were built into dvd writers.

I was just informed that "Lpc-826" is not the diode reference but the DVD writer reference the diode was built for.

Would you know the actual Mitsubishi reference (so to look forward the datasheet !) ?
