Coherent Star C : H/E low reservoir

Hello,

I'm sorry, I'm French and I don't speak german so I'll speak english

A friend has a Coherent Innova Star C (mixed gas). It was working very well until this week. Now, the remote displays "Heat exchanger low reservoir". In the manual, it is said that it's because the reservoir of the optionnal heat excahenger (Water/water exchanger or chiller) is too low.

BUT this laser doesn't have a heat exchanger, it's connected directly to the sanitary cold water, it's open loop. So it shouldn't display this message...

There is a connector named J17 to connect an optionnal heat exchanger to the power supply. This connector is used to power the heat exchanger AND to control the water level in the exchanger. Does someone know the pinout and voltage of this connector ? I could try to put a shunt or the right voltage to inform the power supply that the water level is OK ?

Thank you for your help

The method to go into the service menu with dip switch n°7 worked. The guy changed the settings of the heat exchanger from "Yes" to "No".
But now, there is an other default :"bad autofill cal". Maybe all settings are erased because of a default from the capacitor to store the settings ?
