250 - 300 mW 445 nM - Where buy ?

Hi all.

Do You know where can I buy 445 nM laser module ? I know that I'm looking for small power but I have about 150 mW 635 nM and about 70 mW 532 nM.

Does this setup will be right ?

Where I can buy "medium grade" module in this power range ?

Best regards.
Karol

Hi,
I would use two 80mW Osram Diodes combined with a pbs cube.
The beam specs are really great.
Otherwise you can use a 445nm Nichia Module where you decrease the power by decreasing the diode current.
You can do this procedure with every 445nm Module but the module should have a beam correction.

Best regards
Mathias

I thought about this solution but I'm quite affraid that 160 mW it's not enough at rest of the setup.
I'm wrong ? :)

If I would use to single diodes, wich colimating lens would be the best ? Single lens with AR coating for 445 nM or 3 layer collimator ? :)

I have china module 350 mW 445 nM with terrible beam parameters but it's still on the way and I'm worried that I'll never recive "losted parcel" so I can't lay on this... :/

A big thanks for reply ;)

Same Problem all the Time. Cheap and good is hard to find.

A 445nm Diode cant be collimated with a single Lens. You need to shape the Beam
with external Components.

A >500mW Modul with analog Modulation, TEC Cooling and Beam Correction
( Prism or Cylinderlenses ) is about 400 Euro.
Beam <4mm, Divervence about 1.2mRad.) Just increase the Current to make it match to your
Red and Green ones. When you get hungry for more Power add a 2nd Red and a bigger Green one
and decrease the Curret.

Guido, I know that it's hard to find verry good quality for low price. I don't have enough big budget for SwissLas modules or Kvant :/

Is there some type of modules wich is between "Premium Grade" and "Low grade" ? :)

Could You show me this module about You wrote ? :)

Hi,

Kvant is almost cheap. Swisslas quality is very high, but the prices for Swisslas-Moduls are not justified.

Greetings

Strom erhöhen um die Leistung abzusenken und Strom verringern für mehr Leistung  Bist du sicher :?:
