This Modules are a pain in the Ass caused a lot problems in the early Martin 1.6 Laser, you better go for the mini CNI with picodrive driver.
Some user in this forum allready working with this combination.

Thanks for Your reply and I'd like to give a big excuse for my writing in english but it's hard to find help anywhere... :/

I tought about these modules because I heard that they're cheap...and on the photos beam divegrence looks nice.
I just begun my "laser show fun" and I don't wanna spend too much for parts especially when I'm not sure that's what I'm looking for.

Very often I see on ebay cheap modules from china but I'm worried about quality... :/ (I'm still fighting with 160 mW 635 nM - beam is tragedy)

What do You think about this module ? Is it good enough for amateur ? :)

that module has a very large beam:
Beam divergence, full angel(mrad) <2.5
Beam diameter at the aperture(mm) ~5*5

with lasers you get what you pay for and cheap is not a word in the laser dictionary :)

also mW do not say everything the following points have influence on the beam intensity:
beam divergence , beam diameter, power, wavelength
therefor a 250mW 638nm module with a nice beam (<1,5mRad) would be as bright as this 500mW module

the low-cost way of getting modules with nice beams is DIY get a module housing and some 445 / 638 nm diodes. and buy a good green (green is very hard to DIY)

I expected that this one is crap... :/ I now that the only one way to get a very well red module is pay a lot of money. Red modules are most big problem for me in every my construction...always I'm starting from seeking for red. ;)

I saw on many of Your projects that You using "CNI" , "LW" series or selfmade combined diodes.

Does "CNI" or "LW" have good enough beam ? :) They are not cheapest but not very expensive... ;)

BTW. I have parts for selfmade red module - it could nice solution as well... ;)
