Morgen werden die oberen beiden Platinen (je ein 2-fach Treiber ) durch einen 4-fach Treiber
ersetzt. Ziel ist eine 4er Kombi mit max 4.5x2mm Beam, das dann *2 wären gut
1.4W 637nm. Klapps "nur" mit 2x 3 Dioden wäre es 1W auf ca 90x 140mm incl. Treiber.
Die unterste Platine ist der TEC Treiber. Tec selber kommt erst druntergeklebt wenn alles feddich ist.

Hab mir die Grundidee vom Ami genommen aber schon einiges nachgearbeitet was ich
anders machen würde/wollte/täte. Sei es die Spiegelhalter, deren Lage und auch die Grundplatte.
Noch alles "nur" mit 658er Billig-Dioden...

Bevor einer fragt: Nein, ich verkaufe keine Kits....
Hand an die Fräse/Feile oder was auch immer und selbermachen.
Selbst mit ner 6-8K Euro Hobbyfräse sitzt du an dem Teil 4-5 Stunden mit 1000 mal umspannen und Co.
Aber vieleicht findet sich ja jemand der das für nen 100er macht

Men Guido das du immer so Aggresiv sein musst .... Wieso machst du denn nicht so 20-30 Stück .. für jeweils 100€

Ist aber nicht schlecht geworden dein "Kopie"

Aber die Linsen würden mich "Immernoch" interessieren

Und natürlich gleich mit Optiken und 658er Dioden bestückt. Das muss bei dem Preis doch möglich sein.

638er dürfen höchstens 20 Euro pro Stück teurer sein wenn ich da auf Ebay hinweisen darf.

Ich machs nicht um nen 1000er, aber ich verkauf es euch inkl. Tec Heat/Cool, inkl. Schönen sauberem Gehäuse rundherum Treiber usw. als R4 mit 680 mW um 1150 Netto, die R6 mit 1W um 1550, beide ohne Polwürfel sprich zum zusammenführen von 2 Systemen.

]Mein deutz ist nicht so gut so ich will weiter gehen in english The ami that guido is talking about is me. Just to make it clear i,m not american i,m from from the netherlands I,m registrated as a lasermanufacturer in the netherlands by the way. I designed a stacking system for hobbyists where the diodes can be swapped in the future for heavier diodes when more power is needed. Hobbyist don,t make money out of doing lasershows so when more power is needed then most people can,t afford
to buy a new module. The picture shows a system where 2 pairs of beams are stacked on top of eachother.
Now i can,t prevent that people copy my design and for own use that,s fine i think. The suggestion from Guido asking if anyone can copy it 100 times strikes me al little bit because i didn,t expect that from a respected Member like Guido. However this kit isn,t available anymore but shortly i will introduce a new combiner kit. This stacking kit is will be availble in 4 different versions. A quad kit for blue, a quad kit for red , an 8 combiner for red and an 8 combiner kit for blue. The kit will be complete with 4 channel driver, lenses and mirrors and black topcover. Diodes are optional. I don,t sell lenses or other parts separatly. A quad kit will produce a beam after stacking of 3.5 x 3.5 and 0.65 mrd. Because i,m in europe i will handling the
sale in europe. I have to say that guido made quite a good copy so well done.

I think you got that wrong! Guido said, he will not sell the parts, because it takes hours to build them. The meaning of

dont be afraid. Wont sell Copys of your Modul.
Just for my own use.

To expesive to stack 7$ Diodes and too much work for to build the Power i need often
(>= 600mW 642 or 637nm ) In this Class i use other Manufacturers.

But 2 Words more..its not an exact Copy. When you look close at Baseplate and Mirrorholders
you see Differences. So i also wont say "Hey, the guy is copying Arctos Brass Mirrorholders"
only because Material and look are the same.

One other thing: I wrote you several PMs on PL. Not 80% are answered by you...
So i stopped trying to contact you. But as you see i could made it by myself and a nice
and small GND Driver is also ready (you see 3 PCBs in the Pictures, one for TEC with PWM
and 2 pcs with a 2 Channel Diode Driver , there now is a 4 Channel Driver in the same Size.
Dont like driving 4 Diodes with Balance Resistors on on Driverchannel....)

But one Question more: Did you find this Topic by yourself or is there anyone who
was sneaking ??

I am better in Electronic as in Mechanic and i had no Problem paying 200 Euros for a Holder
like this in single pcs. But as i said...you didnt aswer..and i need Invoice..so i am no Group Buy
