[Suche] Lasers dioden mit Treiber

Hallo,
Ist da einer, der ein oder mehrere Laser-Dioden mit Treibern für Verkauf mit den folgenden Spezifikationen hat?
Rot: 635nm / 80mW
Grün: 532nm / 30mW
Blau: 473nm / 20mW

Hard to get...
Typ. Laserdiode - Wavelengths are :637nm, 642nm (both very expensiv ) and 658nm
532nm as DPSS, OK, but not often to see with less than 100mW and analog Modulation
because in this Powerrange without TEC and not easy to modulatio
473nm as DPSS 473nm, also OK, but lower than 50mW ???
Better Buy what you can get and use the analog Modulation to adjust the Power.
Sounds like a calculatet Whitelight.
Remember that DPSS often dont get Full Power in modulated Current
Try 100mW Green DPSS with TEC
200mW Red Diode 658nm OR 150mW 642nm = as bright as 300mW 658nm and
200mW Blue Diode 445nm, cheaper, less Current and easyer to modulate.

The values are indeed calculated for a white laser beam.
I got these values from a friend of mine.
The reason for the low mW is that my friend told me to start with these low values. He have experience with lasers, but for industrial, and not for shows.

Than this is what I need:
100mW Green DPSS with TEC
200mW Red Diode 658nm OR 150mW 642nm
200mW Blue Diode 445nm
