Hi,

wollte mal nachfragen, ob sonst noch jemand direkt bei David Wo (Lasever) Bestellungen offen hat.
Er hat wohl mal wieder große Probleme mit den blauen 100mW DPSS - die grünen kann er sofort liefern.

Leider reagiert er mal wieder nicht auf emails
(Bestellung seit 2 Monaten offen!!!)

Nichts neues für mich.
Hatte ihm auch eine schon fast böse Mail geschickt.

Daraufhin kam dann eine Salve von Mails.

Jetzt warte ich auf die Lieferung meines blauen 150er Ersatzlasers.
Und wehe das Teil macht keine 180mW bei der Wartezeit.

Vergeßt nicht das Chinesische Neujahrsfest.
Da war das gesammte Land komplett dicht.

Laut Mail hatte Lasever da massiven Stau durch.

Hi Chriss,

bei mir ist das Problem, dass ich in meine mini RGB´s keine anderen blauen unterbringe
Lasever hat leider als einziger so schöne kleine blauen Köpfe und Treiber.

Die letzten 2 blauen welche er mir vor ca. 4 Monaten geliefert hat, laufen ohne Probleme (werden nicht mehr warm und schwanken max. um 5 mW).
Strahldaten sind auch nicht ohne - Preis: unschlagbar.

Meine email hat er wohl gelesen - die Empfangsbestätigung hab ich erhalten, eine Antwort jedoch noch nicht. Hab ihm etwas Druck gemacht, mal sehen ob es hilft.

David hat heute auf meine etwas härtere email geantwortet.
Bin mal gespannt, ob er den neuen Termin einhalten wird....

Dear Frank,

Sorry for the long time waiting. The delivery deadline will be on Next Friday. The green laser can be delivered on Next Monday if you want me to. There is short of manufacuring facility only. The manufacturing speed is slow. There is no problem on the blue laser itself.

Wenn die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit das Problem ist,
sollte David Wu vom Versand David Wu aus dem Bereich
Produktfertigung mal Beine machen.

Dieser sollte dann schnellstmöglich die Produkte
von David Wu in der Warenendkontrolle abarbeiten lassen,
damit diese an David Wu vom Versand weiter geleitet werden kann.

da ist wohl über das Chinesischen Neujahrsfest der kleine China Mann welcher an der Handkurbel Drehmaschine die Laserköpfe macht wegen Krankheit ausgefallen

The lasers were shipped already. The two blue 80mW for ordered 50mW and one green near 200mW, another over 200mW for the ordered 100mW.

Hi,

What is the dimensions limit for laserhead and driver in your mini project case? The new laserhead is going to be 40mm wide 50mm high(65mm high with a fan above it) still 100mm long. The driver will be 50mm wide 71mm high still 100mm long. Are they acceptable in the mini case?

I'm one of your customers who is waiting for a
functional blue 150mW DPSS since 10 Months.

Your Lasers are tiny, cheap and the Beamquality is good,
that's the reason I bought them.

But your Service is not so fine.
You remember our last Emails.
I got no Respond from Guido.
I got no Trackingnumber.
I got no Laser yet.

Yesterday I wrote a very evil message in another Topic above Lasever.

(A customer wrote his problem with a red Lasermodule.
He also got no answer.)

but I didn't sent the Post .
I thought, still wait a little bit. Perhaps a wonder happens.

Hi Frank,

IT is A neat mini project! Among the 3 lasers, the largest heat is produced by the 100mW blue laser and its driver. Can you measure the temperature on their body? The new driver doesnot fit your case, it size is 71x50x100mm.
