Hi ,I need schematic for laser diode driver with analog modulation and with range of current from 0 mA to 500 mA. Is anybody who can help me ?

Designing a Diode-Driver is a little bit work.
I think nobody will give you his final Driverlayout for nothing.

The only way is: Buy a driver and make reverse Engeneering.

I can buy driver but i want to build him by myself Analog modulation is "Top Secret" in also in other countries...not only in Poland
