Pump chamber efficiency

Hello !
I looking for a "standard" (so helicoïdal gold plated) pump chamber efficiency (so the ratio between the rod surface received energy and the flash lamp energy).
Of course it depends of the pump chamber ... I am just looking for an average value.
In addition, I looking for any mathematical (or software) design tool for that. Or any book dealing with that subject.
