problem easy lase

guten Tag besitze ich easy lase, und ich wollte ein Setzen machen habe Tag das problem es bin, daß ich das led habe rotes error, das bleibt anzuzünden, wie ich machen kann, um eine überreichung zu machen habe Fabriknull danke

Hi,
did you try to Update the Card with an wrong Version ?
If yes, how old is your Card and which Update did you try.
