Hi there
I`m really dont know what to do now !!
I have buyed Mamba black and one pair of USB Easylase DAC!
The ONLY reason that I did buy mamba black was becouse it was possible to play more than 2 DAC at the same time (the web page says 16 diffrent dac can be used )
But when I try to use mamba with my 2 dac, IT DONT WORK
I can play one laser alone, and the other one alone !
But when I use both togheter mamba play only the ONE !
And there is more problem, when I hit "STOP" button.
The laser continiue to play the last FRAME untill I manally SHUT DOWN mamba black
I have tryed EVERY driver I manage to find, but with NO LUCK !!
In the menu it says "EASYLASE USB" channel 0 (and I can not change it)
I hope there is someone there that got a solution on this ?
If not: Who want to buy 2 dac and mamba black ??
Becouse I MUST have a software that can play 2 DAC !!!!!
Thanx

Hi Liteglow,
What do you mean with 'two lasers at the same time' ?
Do they have to playback the same show/scene/frame or do you want to give the DAC's different outputs?
For the last option: you can make two tracks and assign each DAC to a track. To do this, you right click to the name of that track and than choose a projector.
Good luck!!

Hi Liteglow,
don´t worry, there was a little problem with more than one Easylase.
The latest update will fix it.
At this moment please try out v1.60j with two Easylase.
This older one should work...
I think in the next few days the update will follow.
Best Regards,
Gebbi

I have to assign a name for each laser..
I have to assign one laser as channel 0
I have to assign next laser as channel 1
I have to adjust one laser as "standard device"
I have to adjust next laser as "channel 1"
It did took me some time to figure it out...
But i DO think it works fine now...
I also had to make a square over the complete erea to REMOVE the Attention value crap that dont work as it should do....
Well
Thanx for helping out

Hi,
Mamba Black 1.63 is online now.
(and also a new user manual)
I tried it with an EasyLase DAC and the good old Guido DAC together and this worked also. So two EasyLase should work too!
After assign your DAC's please look in the up right corner.
There is a new small menu where you can choose between your (two) DAC's of preview output.
Have fun!

@Filip & others
I am sorry that you had trouble to get the things running.
But please understand that I am just the hardware manufacturer.
I try to help but if you or others have any problems to understand the concept of Mamba, please understand that this (normally) should not be my part to explain. It costs me hours and hours to find out such "is not running"-problems for you. 99% of these problems are caused by wrong installations or misunderstanding the software.
So PLEASE first take some time an try out, before writing any mails, like 'my card is defective'

Would make things much more easy for me in this pre-Christmas chaos.
Thank you.
Hope it works now.
Greetings
Joachim

Joachim: Yes I really do understand you !
And sorry if my e-mail did take your time !
But one problem I did have worked out just fine after you did send me new driver file to the DAC

(thanx)
But as a user, it`s hard to know if it`s SW problem ore a HW problem..
When the software producer says it`s a USB driver problem, I did not know betther than to ask you
But both of you did help me out here.. so thanx for the help !
I try to find some answers myself next time I have problem..
I did just get frustrated that this quite "expencie" system did not work as it should do....
Well: Thanx to you and to MediaLas for great E-mail support
And btw: If you dont have time to respond on the problem, just say so and it`s OK
Cheers.. Have a Nice christmas soon..

I attach a Mamba driver which should work (even when I still don't know where your problem comes from).
The USB driver is the same like last year.
It works without problems.
Do you use XP?
I ask because I could not test Vista til now.
