i do holography for about 3 years. I'm not the best but i did some nice holograms.

it is in german so you probably need a translator like google or altavista. look at the pictures in the gallery section, the first pictures are simple holography.
for the first beginning you need:
-a HeNe laser about 5-10mW, TEM00, polarized if possible (or a diode but there are only a few good diodes for holography)
-a lens or microscope objective to expand the beam
-two glass plates to hold the film
-a solid table
-holography film like Slavich PFG-01 or similar
-Developper from the photo store. I use Dokumol from Tetenal
-Bleach (there are some different receipts)
-a dark green safety light
and some boxes for developping, an object, and lot of time.

I'm doing a science fair and I told my teach. that I was going to build a hologram but I don't know how to build one. I need simple instructions on how to build one.
