A Rampgenerator on the Input of an G120 Driver ??
Is there no easyer way to kill G120 ? ? ?

Closed Loop Scanners needs there Input as little Steps, that means, to scan an rectangle you draw this with about 30 single points each side. on every corner you set 3-5 Points ( Direction change )

Adjusting:
Use minimum scanspeed ( about 2-3 K )
Gain and Damping to the minimun and start scanning.

increase gain and adjust damping until you get an god looking output.
increase scanspeed and repeat this until it isnt possible to get a god output.

sounds not so good..
i dont know exactly your driver , but adjusting closed loop drivers is near the same.
Now manual work is needed, and an Osziloscope.
Take a look at the Powersupply. is the oszilator inside the g120 working ?
