Riya 3in1 USB wird nicht mehr erkannt

Hi, ich hoffe mal, ich bin in der richtigen Rubrik gelandet.

Also:

Während des heutigen Abends beim Show gucken fror plötzlich die Ausgabe meine 3in1 ein. Okay Software ausgeschaltet und wieder eingeschaltet, Phoenix kann die Karte nicht mehr ansprechen. Okay, also NT getrennt von Box, Windows machte nochmal "Pleng" für externe Hardware getrennt, wieder NT an und das vertraute Geräusch des Anmeldens einer Hardware kommt nicht wieder. Hmm, okay nachgeschaut im Gerätemanager, wo ich eigentlich die Box unter USB Devices vermutete. Leider nein, unbekanntes Gerät und die Fehlermeldung in der Systray: Ein USB Gerät funktioniert nicht richtig, oder antortet nicht.
Okay, Treiber deinstalliert und neu installiert, Fehler besteht!
Obwohl ich an der Box eine USB Connection sehe, redet sie nicht mehr mit meinem Laptop. Okay, Firmen Laptop rauß geholt, Box ran, USB Gerät erkannt, Treiber Pfad angegeben, Installation bricht an.

Was kann das nur sein? Hat es vielleicht meinen FTDI Chip gehimmelt, ist die Fimeware breit? Ich hab keine Ahnung. Wer kann mir mit Tips helfen?

Achja, bevor Fragen kommen, ja ich betreibe die Box an einem stabilisierten 5V SNT (mit CE), also nix Steckernetzteil, oder ähnliches. Riya Testtool für 3in1: Can not open device.....

Vielleicht hat ja jemand von Euch ähnliches schon erlebt!

Since yesterday I have a problem with my 3in1 Box. I use this card with the USB connector. In the evening the output of the box is frozen.
On the frontpanel I can see the LED for power and USB is working. Okay, I restarting my Phoenix Software. I have no output. Okay next step, I disconnect the power supplier, I heard the "Ping" from the Windows XP. Okay it is normaly.
And now comes the problem:

I connect the power supplier, no "Ping" from my Window XP. I saw a message in the systray from my Windows XP. A unknow usb unit works not right, please check the connection or reinstall the unit.
I make this steps and the problem is the same.
Okay I plug in the box in my other laptop, the problem is the same. Now I use the usb box with the Riya test tool: error, can't open the interface. . . .
Okay, now I think i have a problem with my FTDI chip inside the box. Is this possible?

Is it possible when I changing the chip the problem is fixed? I see on the board is a eeprom. Can I have with this chip a second problem?

I hope you can tell what my problem is.

PS: I will check the card with the PCI slot inside my computer. When the card is working, I have only a problem with the part of USB. I think so!?!?!
