That is very very old fashion - about 15 years ago Prof. Ziem reported about that....
It is a question of how to define a (tunneled) signal - by the start (just the beginning) of the wave or by the max. amplitude....

Another quantum-effect, which overcomes the speed of light, is the entanglement (Verschränkung) of quantum particles...that is instantaneously over the whole universe.

Also my thoughts are faster than light... :wink:
